They are sold at Lady M. Please try Takizawa's. It is a recipe from Le Cordon Blue. Layered a thousand of them and caramelize the surface on the Top coat. Arrange other flavors such as matcha and cocoa.

Cocoa sponge rolled with chocolate ganache and hazelnut praline cream. Let's make it with the image of a firewood for a Christmas fireplace. Decorations are optional.

{Menu} Buche de Noel aux Mont-Blanc: Mont Blanc Roll: $90/person

Coffee sponge cake rolled with rum-soaked chestnuts and chestnut diplomat. Finish by piping chestnut Chantilly with a Mont Blanc nozzle. Let's also bake some toasted meringue. Merry!
