Happy November !!

It's the best harvest season...Just posted all kinds of sweets that can be made into circles.

Very glad that autumn is long and warm all the time. So grateful that you have come to Maison du Gateau, even though there are many other classes on YouTube and online. {Menu1} Croissant or Pain au Chocolat: Chocolate Croissant $90/person.

Finally, it's a good season for croissants. Made from cultured butter, from start to finish. You bake the dough you folded yourself without using a sheeter machine. Only you, who are able to get them fresh from the oven.

{Menu2} Saint-Honore au Caramel : Caramel Saint-Honore $90/person.

French pastry, Saint-Honore. Now available in caramel flavor and individual sizes. Also available in glossy tortoiseshell caramel. You'll be happy if you can make this at home.

{Menu3} Mont-Blanc: $90/person.

The long-established patisserie, Angelina is famous for this treat. Chestnut cream is piled on top of meringue sec, a crispy baked meringue base.

{Menu4} Buche Roulee au Mont-Blanc: Mont Blanc-style roll 7"=18cm $90/person.

A coffee-flavored roll biscuit spun with chestnut mousseline cream and rum-flavored chestnuts. Decorate with merigue sec: baked meringue for a cute look.

{Menu5} Saint-Honore aux Pistaches $90/person.

Pistachio-flavored Saint-Honore. This one is also arranged in a single-serving size. You'll be happy if you can make this at home.

{Menu6} Pecan Tart: Pecan tart (can be frozen) 8" = 20cm round mold $90/person.

Full of pecan nuts with a strong nutty sweetness. Based on a recipe from Le Cordon Bleu, this is a flavorful Jack Daniel's filling. Even my good friend Laura praised it highly. Say goodbye to pecan tarts that are just sweet! Also makes a great gift.

{Menu7} Jo's Pumpkin Pie: Jo's Pumpkin Pie 9" = 22cm $90/person.

This is an adaptation of a recipe from my former colleague, French pastry chef Josephine. You'll definitely make this instead of buying it now. It's so pretty!

A new design of Saint Honore that has become very popular in Paris. The key to its beauty is whether you can squeeze Creme Chantilly into it with Saint-Honore piping tip. Can you do it?

A sweet that originated in Germany. Enjoy it bit by bit as you count down for Christmas. Will it be a White Christmas this year? Christmas Market in Chicago: Christkindlmarket kicks off on November 22nd.Whenever we make it, it's full of stuffing.

Fallen leaves~~~🍂 ♫ It was torn to pick one of this and the mille-feuille, but this crepe batter is the best to be shared with you.

{Menu11} Compote de Poire a vin blanc: Pear compote $90/person

You'll want to try this before the season ends. The autumn scent is sealed in white wine syrup. Put some jelly on the bottom to make a cup dessert.

{Menu12} Galette des Rois: Galette des Rois 9" = 22cm $90/person.

We named it the King's Cake. We ordered the cute Feve from Amazon France. It is a pastry filled with almond cream to celebrate New Year in France. Make 6 times Envelope-folds by hands. Yes!
