Oh my, October is almost over.

The warm weather continues forever. Perhaps because of that, the leaves fell before they could turn beautiful colors, so the autumn leaves look a little disappointing. So far, we have introduced various sweets. If there is a sweet you would like to try, we are always happy to arrange the lessons for you, not as a missed delivery, but as a lesson. * October 25th, 26th, 27th (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 10:00 am to 1:30 pm.

The dough and the appareile are recipes from Le Cordon Blue Pastry School. Try changing the fillings, the ingredients, the size, and arranging them to your liking. The fillings were inspired by the French people I met when I worked for French Bakery .\

Enjoy it at your leisure, leisurely pace, or as a gift.


{Menu} Takizawaken Raisin Sandwich (Can be frozen) $90/person

Caramel is added to the dough to make it even more fragrant. A rich raisin sandwich that even those who don't like raisins will love.

In October, I am grateful for the encounters I have made through sweets. The cannelés are crispy and most delicious 30 minutes after baking, and the Sacher torte has become a birthday cake. It's a festive treat that's easy to make and eat. The orange & black color scheme is perfect for Halloween.
